High pressure can strip tiles, damage mortar and force water into walls or under slates. Softwashing uses low pressure and a Benz biocide that kills moss, algae and lichen at the root without any mechanical damage to render, K-Rend, painted plaster or slate.
How does the 3-year moss-free roof guarantee work?
When your roof is softwashed, the biocide kills all active moss and spores, and we guarantee it stays moss-free for three full years. After that, a light biocide refresh every three years keeps new spores from taking hold.
Are the chemicals safe for my plants and pets?
